Lopez Property _ Page
1601 Turnpike Road April 2, 2009
Stockton,California 95206
Based on groundwater results submitted in the fourth quarter 2008 report, the EHD
approves the following groundwater sampling schedule:
• Collect groundwater samples semiannually from monitoring wells MW-1, MW-5,
MW-8,MW-10, and MW-11.
• Collect groundwater samples annually from MW-3, MW-4,MW-6 and MW-7.
Although groundwater is currently collected annually from MW-2, resume quarterly
sampling of this well since significant concentrations of contaminants of concern were
detected in groundwater during the fourth quarter 2008 sampling event. The EHD will
reevaluate the sampling frequency for MW-2 once analytical results become stable. Also,
sample MW-9 during one additional quarterly sampling event. If groundwater results
remain non-detect, this well may be sampled annually along with the other wells sampled
annually.
Please contact Vicki McCartney at(209) 468-9852 or by email at vmccartney[a)sicehd.com
if you have any questions.
Sincerely,

I✓iSi1P'G/L 'ii"""3yZ%G(/cvflYt
Victoria L.
