The sample probe and filters aro cleaned in TSP solution and rinsed with methyl <br /> alcohol followed.by a distilled water rinse prior to use. Now, factory-Acrilized syringe needles, <br /> 0•rings,septums and sample tubes are usod for each sample, <br /> B-1,6 Samplablandlinq <br /> After labeling, flee sample is immiediately stored in an iced cooler for transport to Kleinfalder's <br /> officu sample control or In'the analytical laboratory. A Kleinfelder chain-of-custody form <br /> accompanies the cooler. The elinin-of-custody form includes Kleinfelder's name, address and <br /> telephoto number, tLc employee nurnber of the individual who perfonned the sampling, the <br /> sample numbers, the date and time the samples were collected, the number of containers each <br /> santplo oecapics, the sample matrix (soil or water) and the analyses for which the samples are <br /> beiu; submitted, if any.
