MONITORING WELL INSTALLATION, DEVELOPMENT AND SURVEY <br /> The pilot borings will be completed as single-level groundwater monitoring wells screened from <br /> e55 feet to 65 feet bsg and 110 feet to 120 feet bsg. Following installation, each well will be Sjp �5 <br /> r <br /> developed to maximize water flow and minimize the amount of fine-grained sediment drawn intoSI <br /> the well during pumping or bailing,and the top of each existing and newly installed well casing(well 7 <br /> head) will be surveyed to determine its elevation relative to mean sea level. Procedures for well <br /> installation, development and survey are presented in Sections 3.2. and 3.3., respectively. <br /> 2.4. GROUND WATER SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS <br /> Following the installation of the new monitoring wells, ground water monitoring and sampling <br /> activities will be conducted for all the monitoring wells on a quarterly basis for a minimum of one <br /> year (four sampling events); monitoring activities will include recording depth to ground water <br /> measurements and collection of ground water samples for laboratory analysis by a DHS-certified <br /> laboratory for the analytes noted in Section 2.2. Ground water sample collection protocols are <br /> described in Section 3.4. <br /> Laboratory reports for ground water analyses,testing methods,laboratory quality assurance/quality <br /> control(QA/QC)reports and sample chain of custody documentation will be presented in quarterly <br /> reports with findings and recommendations. <br /> 2.5. PREPARATION OF REPORT OF FINDINGS <br /> Following each ground water monitoring event, a quarterly report will be prepared presenting the <br /> findings.
