In the future, prior to remedial activities, a draft Final Remediation Plan is to:be <br /> a submitted to this office and pursuant to Section 280.67, Subpart F of 40CFR of the Federal <br /> Register, a 30 day public comment period will be held. Also, in the future, prior to any <br /> movementfexcept by a hazardous waste haule;or remedial activity involving soil,hazardous <br /> waste characterization of the soil as detailed in the California Code sof Regulations,Title 22, <br /> Article 11, must be performed to show that the soil is not a hazardous waste. <br /> 7. On August 15, 1990, 15 samples were field composited into one sample for laboratory- <br /> analysis. This method and number of samples composited is unacceptable. A work_ plan <br /> for the sampling of this soil should be submitted to this office. <br /> Submit a work plan covering further investigation of-the former tank #4 area, former tank #3 area, and <br /> sampling of soil at 1320 W.
