The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for DELGADO AUTO REPAIR as of March30, 2020. <br /> Open violations from December 06, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation#605 -Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. In the hazardous <br /> waste storage area: <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil had the incorrect accumulation start date of 2/22/2019. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil was observed with a hazardous waste label missing the <br /> hazardous property, physical state, contents, the name and address of the generator, and the words"Hazardous <br /> Waste." <br /> -One 3 gallon drain pain containing paper/metal oil filters was missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One 15 gallon portable drain pan containing used oil was missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
