The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for DELGADO AUTO REPAIR as of March30, 2020. <br /> Open violations from December 06, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation#303 -Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems,spill control, or decontaminat on <br /> equipment. <br /> OBSERVATION The used oil secondary containment had used oil in it. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All facility communications or alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment, where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br /> its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the secondary containment into proper working order by repair, replacement or <br /> testing. Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within <br /> 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #403 -Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing <br /> hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: In the hazardous waste storage area, one 3 gallon drain pan containing drained used paper/metal <br /> oil filters was missing a lid. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and <br /> storage, except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close the container and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br /> when not adding or removing waste. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
