It is our <br /> opinion the addendum adequately addressed concerns stated in our 4 October 2001 comment letter and <br /> incorporates Board requests proposed in our 12 October 2001 conference call. The Workplan, and <br /> Addendum are hereby approved. <br /> Please provide the Board with notification at least 48-hours prior to beginning fieldwork.
