Labels shall include the following <br /> information: <br /> (1) Composition and physical state of the waste. <br /> (2) Statement or statements which call attention to the particular <br /> hazardous properties of the waste (e.g., flammable, reactive, etc.). <br /> (3) Name and address of the person producing the waste. <br />
