As required by California Water Code <br /> 13308, TSO R5-2002-0014 prescribed civil penalty amounts which shall become due if compliance is <br /> not achieved in accordance with the TSO. The above violations represent violations of the TSO. <br /> It is also observed that a Report of Waste Discharge has been submitted and the monitoring data will be <br /> a critical consideration of site conditions when preparing tentative Waste Discharge Requirements <br /> (WDRs). <br /> By 15 May 2002, Musco Olive Products shall submit a report describing changes to the monitoring and <br /> reporting procedures to ensure compliance with the revised MRP.
