Musco Olive Products and the Studley Company(Dischargers) are proposing to <br /> settle the ACL Complaint for the full amount of$150,000 and waive their right to a hearing on the <br /> matter. You have requested authorization to make three payments of$50,000; one payment due upon <br /> execution of this agreement to settle, the second payment 90 days later, and the third payment 90 days <br /> after the second payment. <br /> Your request to settle the ACL Complaint in three payments is acceptable to the Regional Board. <br /> Because you are proposing a payment schedule, a revised waiver form is necessary; that form is <br /> attached. Please execute the revised waiver form and return it to this office no later than 29 May 2002 <br /> with your first payment of$50,000. Due dates for the second and third payments are included on the <br /> revised waiver form.
