The water balance shall include the 100-year annual total rainfall amounts <br /> distributed monthly in accordance with historical rainfall patterns. <br /> 15) Describe procedures that will be implemented to prevent overflow of the wastewater ponds <br /> and other equipment that will be installed as part of the system upgrade. <br /> 16) Provide a scaled map showing the limits of all existing and proposed application areas, <br /> include details such as fences, berms, and public access controls. For each application area, <br /> describe how tailwater and stormwater are retained within the application area boundary. <br /> 17) Provide description of the types of soil underlying the existing and planned land application <br /> areas. Include a list of reports previously submitted that describing soil quality, infiltration <br /> rates, or other soil parameters. <br /> 18) Provide CEQA documentation for the higher wastewater application rate,providing <br /> identification and analysis of potential impacts associated with the facility, and a description <br /> of required mitigation measures.
