Musco Olive Products 0 - 2 - 0 15 February 2002 • Cost savings realized by delaying implementation of the selected wastewater treatment alternative for the Tracy facility. Provide the total projected cost for the storage pond, tailwater return system, and cropping. Include a progress report on the status of implementation of the Tracy alternative, showing the percentage of completion and the percent of the budget allocation that has been expended. Musco Olive Products is hereby directed to provide this information pursuant to California Water Code (CWC) Section 13267 which authorizes the Regional Water Quality Control Board to request such technical reports as may be required to investigate discharges of waste that may affect waters within its region. These reports are necessary to determine the circumstances that surround the above events, and to determine the economic savings resulting from the above violations. Musco Olive Products owns and operates the site and conducted the activities that have resulted in the discharges of waste. The above report shall be submitted under penalty of perjury, and failure or refusal to provide this information or providing false information may result in assessment of administrative civil liability pursuant to CWC Section 13268 in an amount that shall not exceed $1,000 per day of violation.
