San Joaquin County <br /> Future reports are required to include a map or aerial photograph showing the locations of <br /> observation stations, Monitoring Points, and Background Monitoring Points; inspection details <br /> and observations of surface water drainage in compliance with Title 27, WDRs 96-075; and an <br /> evaluation of the effectiveness of the run-on/runoff control facilities,per Standard Provisions <br /> and Monitoring Requirements, 1 September 1993. Attached is the Monitoring Report <br /> Compliance Checklist. Please review this document and include any additional information in <br /> subsequent reports. <br /> Based upon requirements set forth in Title 27, §20415(b)(1)(B) and §20420, Musco Olive Products, Inc. <br /> and Studley Company(discharger) must submit a Report of Waste Discharge describing how Musco will <br /> come into compliance (i.e., additional monitoring wells) with the minimum prescriptive standards by <br /> 1 May 2002.
