However, the <br /> well is not required to fully penetrate the saturated zone if it exceeds 20 feet. <br /> 6. The Discharger shall submit a summary of the unsaturated zone lysimter work <br /> conducted and any additional recommendations to repair the system. This summary <br /> must be included in the groundwater monitoring well installation report. <br /> Staff appreciates the effort Musco has put forth to comply with the request to upgrade the <br /> DMP associated with the Class II surface impoundments, The Discharger shall incorporate <br /> the recommendations listed above into the scope of work. Musco shall submit a groundwater <br /> monitoring well installation report by 15 January 2011, and shall include an evaluation of the <br /> unsaturated zone monitoring system. <br /> Musco has proposed to collect monthly samples of the newly installed groundwater wells to <br /> compile a dataset for statistical analysis, which will be presented in a Water Quality Protection <br /> Standards (WQPS) Report.
