It is anticipated that the Report will be submitted to the RWQCB by 15 July 2008. 8.7.2 Quarterly Reporting In accordance with the MRP, quarterly groundwater monitoring reports will be prepared summarizing the results of each quarterly monitoring event.The quarterly report will Include updated groundwater data tables and figures, and will be submitted by Musco in accordance with the WDRs. 8.8 Anticipated Schedule The monitoring wells will be installed and developed following receipt of approval from the RWQCB on this Work Plan and successful negotiation of access agreements for offsite groundwater monitoring wells (if necessary).Assuming that RWQCB approval of the Work Plan is received by the end of March 2008,and access agreements(if necessary)are obtained by the end of April 2008, and also assuming a normal or low precipitation volume, Musco anticipates that the new monitoring wells will be installed by the end of May 2008. A status report on the access agreement process was submitted to the RWQCB on 15 January 2008 (Musco 2008). Following their iniiial sampling,the new wells will be sampled on a monthly basis through the end of 2008. Musco proposes that final characterization of background groundwater quality and the development of WQPS will be based on data from at least eight monitoring events for new and existing wells. Following completion of these eight groundwater monitoring events,the monitoring frequency for the newly-installed wells will be reduced to quarterly, consistent with that of Musco's other monitoring wells as set forth in the WDRs. As required by Task 23 of the CDO, the WQPS Report will be submitted to the RWQCB as part of the Report of Waste Discharge in March 2009.
