Kennedy'Jenks Consultants <br /> 4.4 Soil Profile and Agronomic Investigation/Report - <br /> September 2005 and 2006 <br /> In September 2005, Dellavalle Laboratory, on behalf of Musco, conducted soil sampling and <br /> analysis at 22 locations within and adjacent to the Musco process water application areas. The <br /> sampling was performed to comply with the Monitoring and Reporting Program included in <br /> WDR Order No. R5-2002-148, and to present and discuss findings of the soils analysis as it <br /> relates to agronomic properties of the Site. <br /> The soil sampling program was repeated in September 2006 with the collection of soil samples <br /> from 19 onsite and three offsite locations.
