Kennedy/Jenks Consultants
5.8 Data Evaluation and Reporting
Following receipt and evaluation of the analytical results from the initial soil samples,
Kennedy/Jenks will recommend whether additional sampling should be performed to further
characterize the vertical or lateral extent of chemical constituents in soil potentially associated
with the 1-MG pond.
Once all sampling and analysis has been completed, Kennedy/Jenks will prepare and submit a
Soil Characterization Report. The report will include a description of field activities, site map
showing soil sampling locations, tabulated summaries of the analytical data, laboratory
analytical data reports and chain of custody forms, QA/QC summary and evaluation, and a
signature and stamp by Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist. As required by
RWQCB, the report will also discuss the nature and extent of any soils affected by the discharge
of wastewater to the 1-MG pond, a comparison to background soil concentrations, and an
analysis of the potential of remaining wastewater constituents (if found to exist) to affect surface
water or groundwater.
Work Plan for Soil Characterization, Page 9
Musco Family Olive Company, Tracy, California
y'iy."JPP T'°3oM7."aROtOE,06_mscaoliveli3 icpa154vchalmOPond..wrSyinNoxtdoc
