ennedy/Jenks Consultants
Section 6: Schedule
Musco intends to discontinue olive processing activities for the summer on 29 June 2007. The
1-MG pond will remain in service through early July to facilitate process shutdown activities
within the Facility. Musco anticipates that water will be pumped out of the 1-MG pond by
mid-July.
Following receipt of approval on this work plan from the RWQCB and adequate drying of the
pond floor to allow sampling personnel access for hand augering, the soil samples will be
collected from beneath the pond floor.
The technical report providing the results of the soil sampling activities is intended to be
submitted to the RWQCB by 15 November 2007, however, the schedule for performing the soil
characterization activities is contingent upon installation of the replacement aboveground tank
and adequate drying of the drained 1-MG pond.
Work Plan for Soil Characterization, Page 10
Musco Family Olive Company, Tracy, California
., 9''uc9iaup4MminyoWG219201G400_mu,cmlve!UYiexrsoBci!aracinrGpun!Is•0.pin!taxtdoc
