Box 508 <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Subject: Tank Removal Soil Sample Analysis <br /> Robinson Trucking <br /> 1150 South Vallejo Court, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr. Flores: <br /> At your request,Advanced GeoEnvi ronmental,Inc.(AGE)has prepared this report documenting soil <br /> sampling at the referenced address. <br /> FUEL TANK REMOVAL <br /> An AGE representative was present on 23 October 2001, for the removal of one 12,000 gallon diesel <br /> fuel UST, two diesel fuel dispensers, two satellite diesel fuel dispensers and the associated fuel <br /> piping from the site at 1180 South Vallejo Court, Stockton, California. The fuel dispensing <br /> equipment was removed by Stockton Service Station Equipment Company, Inc. under San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services- Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) supervision <br /> SOIL, SAMPLING <br /> Following removal of the fuel dispensing equipment 12 soil samples were collected at various <br /> locations as directed by PHS-EHD. Three samples were collected in the former diesel fuel UST pit, <br /> one sample was collected from the fuel piping trenches, one sample was collected under each <br /> dispenser, and four samples were collected from the diesel fuel UST soil stockpile. An AGE <br /> representative utilized a hand auger to reach the appropriate depth for sampling that was no less than <br /> 24 inches below lowest underground fuel delivery line as directed by PHS-EHD representative <br /> Dennis Catanyag. <br /> Five soil samples (SS1 through SS5) were collected using a metric soil sampling hammer, loaded <br /> with a pre-cleaned 6-inch long, 2-inch diameter stainless steel sleeve.
