Inland Dr. <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> Emergency Response/Contingency Plan <br /> 6.5 Emergency Medical Assistance <br /> The Emergency Coordinators are trained in first aid. In case of a medical emergency, where an <br /> ambulance is necessary, a trained employee shall administer first aid until medical assistance <br /> arrives on scene. First Aid Treatment signs are posted in the office and include the number for the <br /> poison control center. In the instance that onsite medical attention is not needed, the emergency <br /> coordinator may take the injured person to the nearest emergency medical center. Acacia St. <br /> Stockton, CA 95231 Stockton, CA 95203 <br /> (209) 468-6000 (209) 944-5550 <br /> 6.6 Emergency Equipment <br /> Emergency spill equipment on site includes granular absorbent, empty drums, brooms, and <br /> shovels. Spill control equipment can be found inside and outside of the shop and at the fuel storage <br /> area. Other emergency equipment includes a first aid kit located inside the shop and fire <br /> extinguishers located throughout the shop building and at the aboveground storage tank. The <br /> location of all emergency equipment described above can be found on Figure 5. <br /> 6.7 Information for Emergency Responders <br /> The main electrical shut off for the subject site is located outside the shop building in the southeast <br /> corner. The location for the main water shut off is located north of the fuel storage area near the <br /> dirt road. The main shut off for the aboveground storage tanks are located at each individual tank. <br /> All main shut off locations described above are labeled on Figure 5 and are clearly labeled. <br /> See the Chemical Storage Map (Figure 5), Chemical Inventory (Part 4), The Spill Prevention <br /> Control and Countermeasure Plan(Part 8),and Safety Data Sheets(SDS)located in the shop office <br /> for specific chemical information. <br /> 6.8 Post Incident Reporting <br /> The time,date, and details of any hazardous materials incident that requires implementation of this <br /> plan shall be noted on an incident report sheet (Appendix B) and kept within the operations log. <br /> See Section 7.2 of this plan for specific instructions on incident reporting. <br /> 30 <br />
