Trinitas Farming, LLC
7835 S. Inland Dr.
Stockton, CA
Emergency Response/Contingency Plan
Within 15 days of the hazardous materials emergency incident or threatened hazardous materials
emergency incident,a copy of that report must be submitted to the California Department of Toxic
Substances Control, San Joaquin County Environmental Health, and the local fire department's
hazardous materials program.
6.9 Earthquake Vulnerability
There are no areas of the facility that require immediate inspection or isolation because of the
vulnerability to earthquake related ground motion based on the location of the site; however, if an
earthquake causes damage to any of the chemical storage areas, steps should be taken to mitigate
the resulting spill or leak as outlined within this plan. Any and all damaged containers, tanks, or
other storage vessels should have the product removed and the storage vessel replaced as soon as
possible, and any secondary containment structure should be evaluated by a Professional Engineer
prior to resuming operations.
31
