Trinitas Farming, LLC <br /> 7835 S.Inland Dr. <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> Spill Discharge/Response Plan <br /> 7.2.3 National Response Center <br /> Any size discharge that affects or threatens to affect navigable waters or adjoining shorelines must <br /> be reported immediately to the National Response Center(1-800-424-8802). The center is staffed <br /> 24 hours a day. <br /> 7.2.4 Environmental Protection Agency <br /> As required in 40 CFR 112.4, information must be submitted to the United States Environmental <br /> Protection Agency (EPA) Regional Administrator and the appropriate State agency in charge of <br /> oil pollution control activities whenever the facility discharges more than 1,000 gallons of oil in a <br /> single event, or discharges more than 42 gallons of oil in each of two discharge incidents within a <br /> 12-month period. <br /> When reporting to EPA, the following information is required to be submitted within 60 days: <br /> • Name of facility <br /> • Name of owner/operator <br /> • Location of facility <br /> • Maximum storage or handling capacity and normal daily throughput <br /> • Corrective action and countermeasures taken, including a description of equipment repairs <br /> and replacements <br /> • Description of facility, including maps, flow diagrams, and topographical maps <br /> • Cause of the discharge(s) to navigable waters and adjoining shorelines, including a failure <br /> analysis of the system and subsystems in which a failure occurred <br /> • Additional preventive measures taken or contemplated to minimize the possibility of <br /> recurrence <br /> • Other pertinent information requested by the Regional Administrator <br /> 7.2.5 Regulatory Agency Contacts <br /> Fire/Police/Ambulance: 911 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health (209) 468-3420 <br /> CA Office of Emergency Services: (800) 852-7550 <br /> National Response Center: (800) 424-8802 <br /> 38 <br />
