Trinitas Farming, LLC <br /> 7835 S.Inland Dr. <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> Spill Discharge/Response Plan <br /> This Section of the Spill/Discharge Response plan outlines the discharge notification requirements <br /> for all releases and threatened releases,including which agency must be notified,what information <br /> is required, and the time frame in which notification should occur following a release. <br /> 7.2.1 San Joaquin County <br /> All incidents shall be reported to San Joaquin County Environmental Health at (209) 468-3420, <br /> except in the following circumstances: <br /> 1) There is a reasonable belief that the release poses no significant potential or present <br /> hazard to human health and safety, property, or the environment(or) <br /> 2) The handler or business is engaged in the transportation of a hazardous material on a <br /> highway and who has reported the release to the California Highway Patrol by dialing <br /> 911. <br /> Delaying the reporting of a release or threatened release shall only occur under the following <br /> circumstances: <br /> 1) The immediate notification would impede immediate control of the release or the <br /> threatened release, (or) <br /> 2) The immediate notification would impede rendering immediate emergency medical <br /> care necessary to save a life. <br /> 7.2.2 CA Office of Emergency Services <br /> All incidents shall be reported to CA Office of Emergency Services at (800) 852-7550 in the <br /> following circumstances: <br /> 1) Any release that causes harm or threatens to cause harm to public health and safety,the <br /> environment, or property. <br /> 2) Any discharge or threatened discharge to State Waters. (OES then notifies all <br /> appropriate local and state agencies). <br /> 3) If the release is on land and greater than 42 gallons. <br /> 37 <br />
