The containers <br /> were: <br /> 1.A Toxic and State Regulated hazardous waste bin storing three 32 fl. oz. bottles of Clorox Mildew Root <br /> Penetrator&Remover was missing the name of the generator on the hazardous waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Notes: <br /> -The amount of hazardous waste generated in the last calendar year could not be determined because the <br /> facility could not provide the last three years of hazardous waste manifests at the time of inspection. <br /> -The facility is shipping used electronics, returned to the store by customers, to the Staples distribution center in <br /> Stockton, CA. The facility did not have bills of lading for the shipment of the used electronics. Submit to the EHD <br /> a statement documenting how these electronics are managed at the distribution center, and submit a copy of the <br /> bills of lading for the used electronics. <br /> -The facility is shipping used/broken phone screens containing electronic components, returned to the store by <br /> customers, to Werx. The facility did not have bills of lading for the shipment of the used/broken phone screens <br /> containing electronic components. Submit to the EHD a statement documenting how these phone screens <br /> containing electronic components are managed by Werx, and submit a copy of the bills of lading for the <br /> used/broken phone screens containing electronic components. <br /> -The facility is shipping used lithium ion batteries, returned to the store by customers, via UPS to Battery <br /> Sol utions/Cal12Recycle, 618 E Auto Center Dr. Rm 111, Mesa, AZ 85204. The facility did not have bills of lading <br /> for the shipping of the used batteries.
