IIP-92-20 OF PAUL E. VAZ, <br /> JR. , ET AL (C/O HOWARD SELIGMAN) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This application is a proposal for a truck terminal for 20 trucks <br /> on 5 acres. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above <br /> application and offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance <br /> of any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2 ) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. Exit and entrance driveways for trucks shall be a <br /> minimum of thirty-five (35) feet wide and a maximum of <br /> forty (40) feet wide. <br /> b. Access gates shall be recessed from the property line a <br /> minimum of twenty (20) feet. If the longest truck- <br /> trailer combination using the terminal is greater than <br /> fifteen (15) feet, then the access gate shall be <br /> recessed a length equal to the longest truck-trailer <br /> combination plus five (5) feet. <br />
