No street <br /> parking is allowed within the public road right-of-way <br /> along the frontage of the property or along <br /> acceleration and deceleration lanes. <br /> d. The number of automobile parking spaces are to be <br /> limited to the maximum number of employees on the <br /> largest shift plus two spaces per 1000 square feet of <br /> office area, one space of which must be handicapped <br /> parking. Parking calculations shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> e. A ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip shall be provided <br /> along the frontage of the access road. <br /> f. There shall be a five (5) foot wide landscaped strip as <br /> a noise and visual buffer and a fence for security <br /> along the property lines to adjacent property. <br /> g. Any truck terminal in operation during nighttime hours <br /> shall have twenty-five (25) foot light standards whose <br /> lights are hooded and directed downward so as not to <br /> disturb adjoining properties or roads. <br /> h. Noise levels of trucks entering and leaving the truck <br /> terminal shall comply with the California Vehicle Code <br /> sections regarding noise. <br /> i. Noise levels at the property line shall be no greater <br /> than 65 db Ldn. <br /> j . All loose materials shall be contained in bins. <br /> k. Undeveloped areas within the truck terminal shall be <br /> maintained to prevent the creation of dust or erosion <br /> and not become a health hazard. <br /> 1. Truck parts or inoperable trucks kept for rebuilding or <br /> for parts that are stored on the property of the truck <br /> terminal must be directly related to the operation of <br /> the truck terminal and shall be contained within a <br /> specific area that is fenced to provide an effective <br /> visual barrier. <br />
