(3) Up to 25 percent of the required parking spaces may be compact stalls and are subject to the following conditions: (A) Stalls must be a minimum 7-1/2 feet wide and 16 feet long. (B) Each approved space must be individually designated as a compact space. (C) Signs must be provided to indicate the location of compact parking spaces. C. Parking lot lighting shall meet the following minimum standards: (1) The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination shall be provided throughout the parking area. (2) All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo- sensor system. (3) Any outdoor lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises, with no spillover beyond the project site. d.
