b. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health Division. C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. d. State on revised plans or improvement plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. e. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and transported to an approved landfill. 4 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: Ordinance Requirements: The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: (1) The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic sprinkler system or divided into areas less than 6, 000 square feet by area separation walls. (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R, Title 24) . b. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling of earth material: (1) The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 (l) .
