b. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should <br /> the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at <br /> least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> d. State on revised plans or improvement plans that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so that it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> e. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed, and transported to an approved landfill. <br /> 4 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The proposed building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic sprinkler system or divided into areas <br /> less than 6, 000 square feet by area separation <br /> walls. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and <br /> it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or <br /> filling of earth material: <br /> (1) The grading plan shall contain the information <br /> listed in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section <br /> 7006 (l) . <br />
