(2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> (3) Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply <br /> with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> (4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plan. <br /> (5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> (6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments. <br /> (7) All grading authorized by the permit shall be <br /> approved prior to issuance of any building permits <br /> or the beginning of any construction. <br /> C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. <br /> The spaces shall be located as close as possible to <br /> the primary entrance (CCR, Title 24) . <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking <br /> spaces; a "tow away" sign shall be provided at each <br /> entrance, or it shall be visible from each space <br /> (CCR, Title 24) . <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4- <br /> inch per foot (CCR, Title 24) . <br /> d. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Modular buildings will require pre- <br /> inspection by the Building Inspection Division in order <br /> to evaluate structural condition. Any modifications to <br /> the modular buildings will require a licensed designer. <br /> 5. MANTECA-LATHROP FIRE DEPARTMENT: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. The project shall conform with the Uniform Fire Code and <br /> standards. <br />
