b. The project shall conform with the National Fire <br /> Protection Association Standards, if applicable. <br /> C. The project shall conform with the County Fire Sprinkler <br /> Ordinance. <br /> d. The applicant shall pay the Fire Department Development <br /> Fee of $. 21 per square foot. <br /> e. The applicant shall provide water for fire protection as <br /> per NFPA 24 . <br /> 6. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. A 25-foot-wide strip along State Route 120 shall be <br /> dedicated to the State of California for road widening <br /> purposes along the frontage of Parcel 208-180-09 . <br /> b. The frontage improvements for State Route 120 shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of a 110-foot-wide right-of-way. The construction <br /> of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon <br /> execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage <br /> Improvements Agreement prior the approval of the <br /> Improvement Plans. <br /> C. Access shall be provided from Comconex Road. No access <br /> shall be allowed from State Route 120. <br /> 7 . AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The applicant shall notify the District in writing with <br /> respect to the actual date of construction/grading one <br /> week prior to these activities. <br /> b. The project shall implement the District' s Fugitive Dust <br /> Control Measures and Ozone Emission Measures during <br /> construction. <br /> NOTE: On December 6, 1990, the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission approved UP-91-7 subject to the Conditions of <br /> Approval listed above. <br />
