SA-91-10 <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The Planning Division has reviewed this application and <br /> recommends that the Site Approval be approved subject to the <br /> following recommended Conditions of Approval: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the issuance of any Building Permits. <br /> The approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with (2) <br /> all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. All parking areas and driveways must be completely installed <br /> prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> b. All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, <br /> walkways, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> The following specific standards must be met: <br /> 1. A minimum of 15% of the net site area shall be <br /> landscaped. <br /> 2 . A minimum 10 foot wide planting strip is required along <br /> adjacent streets. The strip shall be continuous except <br /> where crossed by driveways. <br />
