(The fee currently is <br /> $6,713 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Retail Service" in the Lodi area with credit of <br /> $2 , 079 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Service Commercial" for the existing service station. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. ) (Resolution <br /> R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> 2 . The driveway approaches shall be improved in accordance <br /> with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section <br /> 10.207, San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, and F-lc <br /> and the Woodbridge Rural Fire District prior to issuance <br /> of the building permit. (San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> No. 3622) <br /> 3 . The frontage improvements for North 99 Frontage Road <br /> (west) across developed portion shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot <br /> right-of-way local industrial street. The construction <br /> of the frontage improvements will be deferred, upon <br /> execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent <br /> to their estimated construction costs prior to approval <br /> of the Parcel Map. (A $250. 00 fee currently is required <br /> for processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, legal description <br /> of Parcel 1 and an estimate. The estimate and legal <br /> description shall be prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be <br /> supplied by the Public Works Department and submitted to <br /> the Public Works Department for approval. As an option <br /> the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing <br /> with estimate for an additional fee of $100. 00. ) <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9430, 9-9433) <br /> 4 .
