Existing parking spaces shall be shown on <br /> the Improvement Plan. <br /> (2) A maximum of four of the required parking spaces <br /> may be placed in front of the fuel pumps and no <br /> more than twenty-five (25) percent of the required <br /> parking spaces shall be compact spaces. <br /> (3) All parking spaces and driveways shall be <br /> delineated. There shall be no truck or automobile <br /> parking associated with the approved use within the <br /> right-of-way State Route 99 or the West Frontage <br /> Road of State Route 99 . <br /> (4) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering <br /> areas shall be paved and permanently maintained <br /> with concrete or asphalt concrete. Bumper guards <br /> shall be provided where necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. (Section 9- <br /> 3704 (a) ) <br /> (5) Parking details and locations shall be consistent <br /> with Section 9-3702 of the Planning Title and be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> (6) A minimum of twenty-five (25) foot wide aisle shall <br /> be maintained between the diesel fuel island and <br /> the restaurant' s existing parking spaces, as well <br /> as the existing gasoline fuel island. Details <br /> shall be included on the Improvement Plan. <br /> (f) Parking lot lighting: <br /> (1) The equivalent of one-foot candle illumination <br /> shall be provided throughout the parking area. <br /> (2) All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo- <br /> sensor system. <br /> (3) Any outdoor lighting shall be designed to confine <br /> direct rays to the premises, with no spillover <br /> beyond the project site. <br /> (4) Lighting details shall be included on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br />
