SA-92-51 OF PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY ------------------------------------------------------------------- The request is a Site Approval application to permit the construction of a 2 , 268-square foot building for the storage of equipment and supplies at an existing public utility service center. The application is being processed under the provisions of the 2010 General Plan and was accepted as a "Public Utilities- Minor" use type (Section 9-505. 2 of the Development Title) . The project site contains an existing office, warehouse, loading dock, and fuel island and is located on the north side of State Route 120, 550 feet west of Ideal Parkway, east of Manteca. The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced application and intends to approve it subject to the following Conditions of Approval. Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. Conditions of Approval: 1. This approval shall be for a 2 , 268-square foot building for the storage of equipment and supplies at an existing public utility service center. There shall be no automobile or truck repair in the approved building.
