SA-92-51 <br /> OF PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is a Site Approval application to permit the <br /> construction of a 2 , 268-square foot building for the storage of <br /> equipment and supplies at an existing public utility service <br /> center. The application is being processed under the provisions of <br /> the 2010 General Plan and was accepted as a "Public Utilities- <br /> Minor" use type (Section 9-505. 2 of the Development Title) . The <br /> project site contains an existing office, warehouse, loading dock, <br /> and fuel island and is located on the north side of State Route <br /> 120, 550 feet west of Ideal Parkway, east of Manteca. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and intends to approve it subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. This approval shall be for a 2 , 268-square foot building <br /> for the storage of equipment and supplies at an existing <br /> public utility service center. There shall be no <br /> automobile or truck repair in the approved building. <br />
