Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003); Barricade <br /> the leach field area so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a stoage <br /> area. <br /> b. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator <br /> and discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. This system must be designed by a registered engineer. If the <br /> above ground holding facility had to be emptied you first would have to analyze <br /> the contents for any hazardous material.
