In addition, the rules and regulations of the New <br /> Source Review Rule will apply to certain commercial and <br /> industrial sources. Equipment which causes or has a <br /> potential for air pollution (i.e. boilers, gas or diesel <br /> fired internal combustion engines, usually for emergency <br /> generators) or has equipment for the controlling of such <br /> air pollution will need to apply for an Authority to <br /> Construct and Permit to Operate according to the rules <br /> and regulations of the District. It is the applicant's <br /> responsibility to be in compliance prior to operation. <br /> 3 . In addition, the site map indicates that fuel islands <br /> are located on the facility.
