Conditions of Approval <br /> SA-92-27 <br /> Page 4 <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> b. State on the Improvement Plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed <br /> for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so <br /> it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage <br /> area. This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines. <br /> C. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should <br /> the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at <br /> least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> d. If floor drains are required by the Building Division, <br /> they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. This system must be <br /> designed by a registered engineer. Applicant must file <br /> an application for facility permit/waste discharge with <br /> the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> The application forms can be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. If the above ground <br /> holding facility had to be emptied you first would have <br /> to analyze the contents for any hazardous material. You <br /> can obtain specific test requirements from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> 3 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1. Exterior walls less than 20 ' from a property line <br /> shall be of one-hour, fire resistive construction. <br /> 2 . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements. (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br />
