Conditions of Approval <br /> SA-92-27 <br /> Page 5 <br /> b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> 1. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. <br /> The space(s) shall be located as close as possible <br /> to the primary entrance. (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br /> 2 . Provide identification signs for the parking <br /> space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space. (C.C.R. , <br /> Title 24) <br /> 3 . The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 <br /> inch per foot. (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br /> C. Existing elevation certification is required with all <br /> permit applications for structures located within the 100 <br /> year flood zone. <br /> 5. MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT: <br /> a. The storm pond shall be constructed so as to allow for <br /> periodic inspection and control operations for vector <br /> control. This shall include insuring that a minimum 12 <br /> foot wide road pad, without hinderance of fences or other <br /> obstacles, be maintained at all times. <br /> b. The road pad, inside slope, and bottom of the storm drain <br /> pond shall be maintained weed free at all times. A <br /> comprehensive vegetation management plan shall be adopted <br /> and implemented prior to any rainwater being allowed to <br /> enter the pond. <br /> C. The storm pond shall be constructed so that the pond <br /> bottom is graded to prevent any irregular surfaces, and <br /> the pond bottom shall be graded so that all water will <br /> exit the pond to the Mokelumne River, as proposed. <br /> d. Only non-contaminated storm water shall be allowed to <br /> enter the pond. Drain water from commercial or <br /> industrial uses should not be allowed to enter the storm <br /> drain pond, or be allowed to accumulate on the property, <br /> other than in approved holding facilities. <br />
