Located between State Route 99 and <br /> the North 99 W. Frontage Road, N. of the Mokelumne River, S. of the <br /> Clarksdale Rd. interchange, N. of Lodi. <br /> APPLICANT: Christy Brothers APN: 013-220-36 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> Portion of the site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area (Zone A14) . <br /> North 99 Frontage Road (west) has an existing right-of-way width <br /> of 56 feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 56 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The frontage improvement for North 99 Frontage Road (west) <br /> shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for <br /> one-half of a 60-foot right-of-way local industrial street. <br /> The construction of the frontage improvements will be <br /> deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage <br /> and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit <br /> equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to <br /> approval of the Improvement Plan. (A $250. 00 fee currently is <br /> required for processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the <br /> required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared <br /> by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing <br /> on a form to be supplied by the Public Works Department and <br /> submitted to the Public Works Department for approval.
