KENNETH ERWIN This district has reviewed SA 92-27 and makes the <br /> MANTECA <br /> following requests for consideration regarding the <br /> ALLAN FETTERS <br /> STOCKTON proposal: <br /> GERARDFONDSE <br /> RIPON <br /> ROBERT FULLER 1- The storm pond should be constructed so as to <br /> LOOI allow for periodic inspection and control operations for <br /> JANET L. JAMES vector control. This would include insuring that a <br /> LATHROP <br /> minimum 12 ' wide road pad, without hinderance of fences or <br /> CHESTER MILLER <br /> TRACY other obstacles, be maintained at all times. <br /> CHRISTOPHER K. ELEY <br /> LEGAL ADVISOR 2- The road pad, inside slope, and bottom of the <br /> storm drain pond should be maintained weed free at all <br /> times. A comprehensive vegetation management plan should <br /> be adopted and implemented prior to any rainwater being <br /> allowed to enter the pond. <br /> 3- The storm pond should be constructed so that the <br /> pond bottom is graded to prevent any irregular surfaces, <br /> and the pond bottom should be graded so that all water can <br /> exit the pond to the Mokelumne River, as proposed. <br /> 4- Only non-contaminated storm water should be <br /> allowed to enter the pond. Drain water from commercial or <br /> industrial uses should not be allowed to enter the storm <br /> drain pond, or be allowed to accumulate on the property <br /> other than in approved holding facilities. <br /> Please review the above items for possible inclusion <br /> for requirements of the proposed plan. <br /> Sincerel , <br /> John R.
