SA-89- 10 <br /> Page Two <br /> ( 1 ) 1600 gallon septic tank <br /> ( 2) 150 feet of leach line <br /> ( 3) Three ( 3) 52 inch pits <br /> C. If floor drains are required , they must be plumbed <br /> through a sand /oil separator and discharged to an above <br /> ground system approved by the Health District . This <br /> system must be designed by a registered engineer . <br /> 3 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> a . The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division : <br /> ( 1 ) Exterior walls less than 20' from a property line <br /> shall be of one-hour , fire-resistive construction. <br /> ( 2) The proposed building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into <br /> areas less than 6 ,000 square feet by area <br /> separation walls . <br /> ( 3) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C .A. C. , Title 24) . <br /> ( 4) The floor area of the repair shop (B1 and/or H-4 <br /> occupancy) shall be served by one or more floor <br /> drains which shall drain to an approved grease and <br /> oil separator . The separator shall have prior <br /> approval by the Local Health District before <br /> submission to this Division for permits and meet <br /> all the criteria for hazardous waste generation. <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection <br /> Division prior to performing any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material : <br /> ( 1 ) A grading plan shall contain the information <br /> listed in the U . B . C. , Appendix , Chapter 70 , <br /> Section 7006 (d ) . <br />
