Shelton <br /> APPLICATION NO. : SA-89-10 and LA-89-13 <br /> APN: 179-150-20 and 21 <br /> PROPOSAL: Site Approval application for 7,700 sq. ft. warehouse and lot line <br /> adjustment to increase one parcel from 0.26 acre to 0.40 acre and <br /> decrease other parcel from 0.70 acre to 0.57 acre. <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located on the west side of South 99 Frontage Road, 600 feet south <br /> of Carpenter Road. <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> South 99 Frontage Road has an existing right-of-way width of 46 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 46 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDDATIONS: <br /> SA-89-10: <br /> 1. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer, showing <br /> drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, and grading shall be <br /> submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. Drainage <br /> calculations for sizing pond shall be submitted for approval. <br />
