Services shall be provided in accordance with the adopted County <br /> Development Policies for Urban Centers with Incorporated Areas of <br /> Stockton which include terminal drainage, public water, and public <br /> sewer. Drainage pond, private well, and septic system will be allowed <br /> at this time; but hook-up to public systems will be required when they <br /> become available. <br /> 3. The frontage improvements for South 99 Frontage Road shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot right-of-way <br /> commercial street. The construction of the frontage improvements may be <br /> deterred at the option of the Department of Public Works, in which event <br /> the owner shall execute a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement prior <br /> to approval of the Improvement Plan and issuance of a Building Permit. <br /> (A $250 fee is required for processing per Ordinance No. 3337. ) <br /> 4.
