It is under the Conical imaginary <br /> surface within the Area of Influence of Stockton Metropolitan <br /> Airport. <br /> The Airport Land Use Plan states, that within the conical surface: <br /> Noise and potential hazard to aircraft are the primary <br /> considerations. Most land uses are permitted, if soundproofing <br /> is used where needed to reduce noise to acceptable levels. <br /> Reflective roofs, visual distractions to pilotS, and <br /> interference with aircraft communications and navigation are <br /> also primary prohibitions within this area. <br /> Staff finds that this proposed truck parking is in conformance with <br /> the Airport Land Use Plan. We recommend that the full <br /> application address the noise issue and that the developer consider <br /> granting an Anigatioo Easement to the Stockton Metropolitan Airport. <br /> Future users of the property should be apprised of the potential for <br /> periodic high levels of noise from aircraft overflying the area on <br /> approach or departure from Stockton Metropolitan Airport on an <br /> Airport Noise Disclosure document availlable from the California <br /> Board of Realtors. <br /> * <br /> COUNTY OF SAN JOxOU|N * [mB OF STO[KTON' LOo|.
