COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENT -2- <br /> SU-92-12 (Pre-application) <br /> 4. Eleventh Street and Pock Lane shall be improved on the subdivided side to <br /> County standards for a 60 and 50-foot right-of-way urban subdivision <br /> streets, respectively. <br /> 5. Terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the <br /> County and to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. The <br /> acceptance or approval by the County of the drainage system does not <br /> relieve the developer or his engineer of the responsibility of providing an <br /> adequate drainage system. The developer shall extend the 72-inch diameter <br /> storm drain line along Bieghle Drain approximately 75 feet which is <br /> equivalent to the fair share for the storm drainage. <br /> 6. A public water system shall be provided by the developer and served by <br /> Cal-Water, conforming to the requirements of the Local Health District and <br /> the Department of Public Works. The system shall provide adequate domestic <br /> and fire water supply in conformance to the requirements of the County Fire <br /> Warden and the local Fire District. <br /> 7. A public sewer system shall be provided by the developer and served by <br /> the City of Stockton, conforming with the requirements of the Local Health <br /> District and the Department of Public Works. <br /> 8. Street lighting shall be provided along Eleventh Street and Pock Lane, <br /> property is within Ash Street Lighting Maintenance District. <br /> 9. All new utilities and services from existing overhead slstem shall be <br /> underground.
