c . All immobile vehicles , junk, and trash shall be removed <br /> from the property. Routine maintenance of the property is <br /> required to prevent dumping of any materials except for <br /> grapevines. This includes routine cutting of weeds or <br /> grass to minimize fire hazard. <br /> d. An evergreen shrub screen shall be installed and routinely <br /> irrigated and maintained. Evergreen shrubs shall be <br /> installed at a maximum of ten-foot intervals and shall be <br /> a minimum five-gallon size. A plan showing type, size, <br /> and location shall be submitted to the Director . <br /> e. Piles of grapevines shall be setback a minimum of 50 feet <br /> from all exterior property lines. <br /> f .
