See "Conditions, if <br /> Approved. " <br /> NUISANCES/HAZARDS : <br /> The San Joaquin Local Health District recommends denial of the <br /> project . They note the following: <br /> 1 . No rodent infestation was observed at the time of an inspec- <br /> tion by Health District staff and State Department of Health <br /> Services staff ; however , once established, an infestation <br /> would be very difficult to manage . <br /> 2 . There is ample food supply adjacent to the storage area to <br /> support a rodent population. <br /> 3 . The storage area provides ideal habitat . <br /> 4 . The area is being used as an illegal dump site. <br /> Subsequently, the applicant has been advised by the Health <br /> District to prepare a pest control plan. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS : <br /> Summary of Initial Study: <br /> An Initial Study of the proposed grapevine storage yard was <br /> prepared on October 21 , 1986, and it was found that the project <br /> would not have a significant impact on the environment . <br /> Although locational and nuisance problems are at issue, the <br /> site design and landscaping, along with agreed-upon site <br /> cleanup, will reduce potential environmental impacts to a level <br /> of nonsignificance . Based on that study, a Negative <br /> Declaration was prepared. <br />
