k" KLEI N FELDER
RECEIVED
File No. 20-3121-02 AUG 2 81989
August 25, 1989
Nichols-Melburg & Rosetto, AIA
7844 Madison Avenue, #150
Fair Oaks, CA 95628
Attention: Mr. Brian Everett
Subject: GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES
SUITABILITY FOR SEPTIC TANK USE
PROPOSED LDS STAKE CENTER
MANTECA, CALIFORNIA
Gentlemen:
Presented in this letter are the results of field observations and measurements
regarding the suitability for septic tank use at the proposed Manteca Stake Center
site. Reference is made to our proposal dated July 3, 1989, summarizing our scope of
services. We understand that connection to the City of Manteca Sewer System will
not be possible for some time and that for interm use a septic system is being
considered. However, before a septic system can be considered at this location, the
county must receive information to satisfy the requirements of Item C of Section
9-10100 of chapter 2, Division 10 entitled "Sewage Disposal". A response to each item
is presented below:
Item C-1 and C-4:
The intensity and extent of the existing and the proposed development on septic tanks
within and around the area (C-1). The history of past uses in the project area to
assess potential problems (C-4):
Reference is made to Plate I showing the location of the project relative to
Reymus Village and Northland Road. Reymus Village is already connected to
KLEINFELDER 2825 East Myrtle Street, Stockton, CA 95205 (209) 948-1345
