Specific Plan, a determination must be made as to <br /> whether any of the structures or structural complexes <br /> described in the FEIR would be impacted. All such <br /> structures must be evaluated by an architectural <br /> historian. After evaluations are made and if any <br /> adverse impacts are identified, mitigation measures <br /> must be developed and followed, possibly including <br /> avoidance of impacts , detailed architectural <br /> documentation and history, or removal of a building <br /> to another location. <br /> • See FEIR, Section 4 . 5 . <br /> M-4 . Potentially Significant Impact • DeAnza Trail <br /> [ Impact 4 . 5-41 <br /> The proposed Project could impact the route of the <br /> Projected DeAnza Trail , a National Historic Trail . <br /> Finding : Changes or alterations have been required in, <br /> or incorporated into, the Project which avoid or <br /> substantially lessen the significant environmental effect <br /> as identified in the FEIR to a non-significant level . <br /> These mitigation measures are listed below. <br /> Statement of Fact : The impact will be mitigated by the <br /> following : <br /> • The Applicant must stay in contact with the National <br /> Park Service with regard to the development of its <br /> comprehensive plan for the DeAnza Trail . If the <br /> commemorative trail will pass through the Project <br /> site, the Mountain House Specific Plan should <br /> incorporate the DeAnza Trail using historic markers <br /> along the route and develop a multi-use recreational <br /> and historic interpretive trail which would <br /> incorporate the Projected route of the DeAnza Trail . <br /> • See FEIR, Section 4 . 5 . <br /> N. GEOLOGY, SOILS, AND SEISMICITY <br /> N-1 .
