Potentially Significant Impact • Proximity of Noise Sensitive Uses to Agricultural Machinery [ Impact 4 . 16-31 Proposed noise-sensitive land uses adjacent to agricultural lands could be significantly impacted by agricultural machinery and equipment noise . Finding : Chanes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the Project which avoid or substantially lessen the significant environmental effect as identified in the FEIR to a non-significant level . These mitigation measures are listed below. Statement of Fact : The impact will be reduced by the following : • Earth berms , sound walls , or other mitigation identified at the Specific Plan stage must be constructed to reduce noise levels where noise-sensitive land uses would abut agricultural fields . Alternatively, a buffer zone between proposed noise-sensitive land uses and agricultural lands could be provided.
